This week marks our next New Moon Circle at Lexington salt Cave, one of the most beautiful and healing spots in town! 

Date: Thursday, November 5th at 6 PM 

As an attendee you will have a chance to enter to win a mind-body coaching session as well as bask in the glow (and receive allergy relieving halotherapy) while in the salt cave during our time shared. I promise to share more soon about Top Host competition that Ive been a part of this month! For now I really want to thank you so, so much for your continued support, donations to the Ryan Seacrest foundation (!), the shares you've made with friends, family and groups ... and your free daily votes. You've already made a HUGE difference!

 

The Ryan Seacrest Foundation is brining so much joy and meaning to the lives children across the country. They have at least 15 studios set up within pediatric units where these kids can host their own podcasts, sing-a-longs and shows. There is even one in our sister city, Cincinnati that opened in 2014 at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital. They host a podcast, Kids' Health Uncomplicated, helps parents navigates the ups and and downs they may feel and experience while supporting their children. Take a listen or share with a friend! 

That said, I'm so excited to participate in the fundraising for the Seacrest Foundation and I'm honored to have made it through these three rounds (thanks to YOU and fellow generous supporters). There's still a way to go, so your continued votes and donations are so appreciated; it has been fun and touching to be a part of this competition ... and I wanted to send you a huge virtual hug of thanks and gratitude ... as this has been an incredible opportunity fueled by love, hope, encouragement and care.
